Fedora 41 is affected by this bug:
This issue is fixed and the fixed version is available for Fedora 42/rawhide but hasn’t been ported back to Fedora 41 yet, even though it was built for rawhide weeks ago.
Does anyone know if this can be ported back to Fedora 41?
As a workaround I’ve manually installed the rpm that was built for rawhide, but on f41, without any issues.
Here’s a workaround:
sudo dnf upgrade librsvg2 --releasever=42
Perhaps @decathorpe can cherry-pick the relevant commit:

I pinged the maintainer who built 2.59.2 for Rawhide but not Fedora 41 about this. If nothing happens soon, I’ll merge the 2.59.2 update to f41 myself.
The 2.59.2 build has been submitted as an update for Fedora 41 now:
