You will have to provide some more information for someone to help you with your problem. When does it happen? It could also be useful to post the output of inxi -Fz, which provides info on your system.
It occurs when I start the computer. Then there are colored horizontal stripes when starting up.
It appears you have the 6.12.9 kernel installed, which is still in the updates-testing repo.
Is there a reason you are using the testing repo instead of the normal updates repo?
For me the updates-testing repo shows about 100 packages (in addition to the kernel) that have not yet been approved for release to updates.
