Fedora 40 KDE spin issues error when copying to the clipboard in Gramps

The geneology software Gramps currently has a bug where if you try and drag and drop objects that have multiple targets in Gtk, the object will list the targets in a different order than other operating systems , leading to an error ( there are a few more details on the bug page above). It’s not clear to me what’s causing this error, but it does seem unique to my install of the KDE spin of Fedora 40. Does anyone know what may lead an object in Gtk to provide arguments in a different order? Sorry the for lack of details, just looking for the next direction to go in to fix this error!
