Hello there. I downloaded fedora 38 iso from the website, burned it to a flash drive and installed it on my hard drive. I didn’t download or change anything and decided to update the system at once, which I regretted later. My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 330 15AST, amd a6-9225, radeon r4 graphics. The OS was working out of the box. After upgrading to kernel 6.3.11, the screen stopped working. At the login stage, it first goes dark and then the artifacts start. What should I do?

This is a known issue that was introduced in 6.3.9. I experienced the same issue on a Lenovo AMD A10 laptop. At least for me, the issue appears to be corrected in 6.3.12 which is currently available in upgrade testing. You can install by entering:
sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2023-94ec7a8b52
