Fedora 38 crashes (logs out) when dragging window of a browser from one screen to another

System crashes (logs out) when dragging window of a browser (Firefox Developer Edition) from one screen to another. For a moment I can still hear the audio from youtube video playing in the background but the windows on the desktop are frozen right before it goes to the logging screen. When I log back in sometimes the extensions are fully turned off. Other times I noticed it didn’t turn off extensions. Is there some way I can collect logs for analysis what exactly happens?
It’s quite a strange case but I can replicate it easily. Below there is my neofetch output:

I could add that I have secure boot turned off (without it nvdia graphics card doesn’t work).

I don’t think it’s related to what other people report that it crashes during logging out.
