Fedora 38 and AMD RX 560d Video Stopped

I installed Fedora 38 and started having video problems.

My card is AMD RX 560d.

The monitor was either with a black screen or with a green screen and did not respond anymore.

I set out to install the driver on the AMD website, but when I started reading the instructions there was a recommendation to use this command first:

sudo yum update

With this command there were several updates, so I decided to test without installing the driver.

I used the computer all day without any more video problems.

Fedora is great.
