Help!!

i am stroke because aphasia (not words / not numbers). You can question that HP Wifi: ask!!

In the dmesg output the wifi fails to authenitcate with 80:cc:9c:17:41:4a and 80:cc:9c:17:41:4b, but then succeeds with 14:c0:3e:3c:12:8f. You should be able to check that the address that succeeds corresponds to the Netgear router you want to use.

Are you using Fedora 37 Workstation with Gnome? In that case, the Settings/WiFi panel should list available networks (by name not mac address).

You appear to have netgear.conf.conf with just the PSK entries, but then use netgear.conf. Before updating the router were you using wpa_supplicant, or did you get to it with advice from Mr. Google? Is there a reason you can’t use Gnome Settings?

i am Fedora 37 workstation w/KDE.

i am router backside MAC: 80:CC:9C:17:41:4B. not 80:CC:9c:17:41:4A
do i am change ? Settings … Connections … select 20363-NR

Often a router will have more then 1 MAC address.
Given they are 1 apart that seems likely.

Maybe one is for the 2.4G and the other for 5G?

do you is MAC command?

Netgear app. do you is MAC addresses - router or internet?

BSSID 80:CC:9C:17:41:4B

Help!!

Try to remove that wifi credentials and re enter them and try to connect again.

wifi credentials — not netgear not found. i am samsung netgear is not found. i am Fedora 37 laptop KDE is not found.

Have you tried to reset the router back to default then tried to log in to it with the password on the bottom of the router. Also have you tried to use an ethernet cable to connect to the router.

Netgear app is i am reboot. Reboot!! i am ethernet cable to connect to the router.

i am Samsung Anrdoid is not 20363-NR & not netgear. i am Fedora 37 laptop is not 20363-NR & not netgear.

Maybe your router set its channel to the range that your laptop does not allow to check that. And maybe set it manually if required

i am reading user manual & wifi button. i am turn on wifi LED.

wifi credentials - not failed
