This is the version number of the Bash-Shell. You might just crumbled up your PS1 variable.
Please past the echo $PS1 command to see how it looks like.
The host-name can be seen/changed with the hostnamectl command.
That fedora 37 got hacked is a quite strong statement, that’s why I changed your title, to see what really happened.
