what lets you believe that your system was hacked? This “hack” concerns which packages?
Please provide evidence and log files.

Fedora ships with generally sane defaults to prevent this (SELinux, ssh root login disabled, etc.). In terms of securing the system, it’s more of a matter of simply not doing certain things, like don’t disable SELinux, firewalld, etc.
