Hello,

I am not certain what your question is.
My troubleshooting approach would be:

  1. Boot from the liveUSB installation then enter the liveUSB desktop.
  2. explore settings screen for creating and adjusting system event beeps/bongs and dings, in the old days this was the system “bell” Once successful then try playing youtube video. Also taking notes and writing down the successful settings. (Don’t forget to move the volume sliders and ajust volume up on the special function keys.

If you are trying to play youtube videos, use this information to load free and non-free media drivers:Enabling the RPM Fusion repositories :: Fedora Docs

Let me know if I guessed correctly for your issue :no_mouth:

I hopw this helps,

Yeah, not sure what exactly the question is, but judging by the topic title I’d say you have no sound

Which DE are you using? Assuming GNOME, try muting and then un-mute sound again and see if that helps. I had the similar issue immediately after F34 upgrade and this basically fixed it. To this day, I don’t know what was the exact culprit, but is working flawlessly now.
