Fedora 31 kernel 5.5.10 stuck on start up

When I update my kernel from 5.4 to 5.5, the system stuck at the process shown in the image. I wonder what is the problem ?

Are you able to change to a terminal window and log in in text mode? i.e. using Ctrl+Alt+F3

yes, i am able to do that

I do not know why but I reinstall the nvidia-driver, then I am able to boot up the system.
