Does pulseaudio --kill && pulseaudio --start
help?
No. After pulseaudio --kill && pulseaudio --start i restarted my system and played something. Audio worked for 1-2 seconds and again turned off.
Are there anything related in the journal logs? After you restart your system, you can follow the logs with journalctl -f
and start playing sound and see the errors it gives.
Apr 01 17:49:40 localhost.localdomain gnome-shell[1646]: value “nan” of type ‘gdouble’ is invalid or out of range for property ‘vignette-sharpness’ of type ‘gdouble’
this is the output.
That isn’t related to audio, that’s a general gnome-shell issue.
Can you please check the log for anything pulseaudio related?
