Ending up with no or quickly hanging graphics.
Workaround:
blacklisted nouveau module, recreated initramfs, using i915 with 4K until further Nouveau notice.
How-to:
- boot into single-user
- create /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf with ‘blacklist nouveau’ in
- mkinitrd -f /boot/initramfs-
uname -r.img - reboot
