Fedora 30 Live USB booting fails "No irq handler for vector"

Hello, I am a linux newbie trying out Fedora-30 workstation from the live USB from a Toshiba Satellite C855D/Portable PC, BIOS 6.20 01/09/2013 with 4gb of RAM. The OS on my hard disk is Windows 8,1

Immediately following GRUB I get an error message “[ 0.002035] do_IRQ: 1.55 No irq handler for vector”

I have tried modifying:

getparams ‘Start Fedora-Workstation-Live 30’
(tab) linuxefi /images/vmlinuz root=live:CDLABEL=Fedora-WS-Live-30-1-2 rd.live.image quiet
(tab) linuxdefi /images/pxeboot/initrd.img

so that it reads:

getparams ‘Start Fedora-Workstation-Live 30’
(tab) linuxefi /images/vmlinuz root=live:CDLABEL=Fedora-WS-Live-30-1-2 rd.live.image quiet pci=nomsi,noaer
(tab) linuxdefi /images/pxeboot/initrd.img

as recommended by another forum.

It gives me the same error but the error message number changes to 0.001897

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am really looking forward to trying out Fedora but seem to be stuck for now.

Sorry fixed  The fix turned out to be really simple.

And… What is the fix?
You should think to other people that googling for the same error land on this post: “wow, my same problem”. Solution: solved. “Wtf, in what way?” It could be frustrating.
So it is very appreciated if someone that finds the solution to his problem by himself, will also post the solution.
Thanks.

It’s too easy, it won’t be satisfying for people trying to solve this problem. This will give you the hint you need to realize what you have to do:

I am your children.
I bear your name.
I am your greatest deeds.
Everybody wants to have me.
Most are disappointed by me.
No one will ever witness me with their own eyes.
What am I?

Good luck!

Do you think people come to these forums looking for solutions to a problem and appreciate the additional burden of solving a riddle?
