Fatal error after suspension

Hello

I’m using KDE Fedora 42 and since yesterday update my laptop crashes whenever I wake it up after suspension. The following message appears:

Is it a known bug? What can I do about it? It is very annoying that my laptop crashes every time that I close and open the lid again.

Second time Ive seen this on the Forums today.

Can you downgrade KDE?

Downgrading qt6-qtwayland should work: KDE Plasma users - beware of new qt6-qtwayland version 6.9.1-2 (breaks lockscreen, may cause app crashes) - #2 by pg-tips

This actually doesn’t seem to be a KDE Plasma update issue - it’s a coincidence of timing that the problematic update to qt6-qtwayland happened only a short while after the update to Plasma 6.4.1, so many users receive both updates at once and assume Plasma is the problem.

It seems that after downgrading the unlock screen works again without crashing. Thanks for your help!
