Factory restore Fedora Silverblue

I have been using Fedora Silverblue a couple of years now. Best distribution so far!
I reinstalled in with fedora 37 so I have the new btrfs layout.

I have started to have some problems and I would like to start from a clean slate. How can I reset my installation and have fedora 38 completely clean? Without having to reinstall the distribution.

Is it only step to delete the /var folder somehow and then reboot? Can I do that from a recovery shell at boot?

We don’t really have a process for doing that right now so it would be manual, trial and error operation.
