Anyone else seeing that once something puts a workstation to sleep (not sure if it’s the screen blanking, the screen locking [though that’s supposed to be disabled on this workstation] or something else. I think it’s the blanker, since turning off the screen blanking seems to have prevented the dropping to sleep. This has occurred on most of my physical machines.
Sometimes, <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Del> will prompt asking if I want to log out, other times, the machine console is just dead, unresponsive to all keyboard, mouse and power button usage.

Can you reproduce this issue on F44 or any other distribution? If yes, it can be an issue related to your BIOS and upgrading to the latest may solve the issue.
I had seen this on multiple machines, but I’m now marking it up to some config setting being out of sync with Gnome/Wayland expectations. Once I turned on the screen blanker and/or the screen lock, the behavior went away on all machines.
All 4 physical machines awoke without any issue, so it must have been something errant across the Gnome config files.
Could be, but I do have these issues regardless of DE.
Edit: Did some tests, and my system freezes up on sleep mode even if there isnt a display manager. Always just dies before even a log related to the issue can be made.
