F45 beta, Anaconda, keyboard layout, is this a bug?

I was gonna test F45 beta and noted that when selecting Encryption for the install destination, it locks the keyboard to a layout called us-acentos, unable to change the layout, see screenshot below.

However, in one of the previous steps of the installer, I added a German keyboard layout and removed the English input method.

Still, for encryption, it wants to use `us-acentos. Is this a bug?

I would call it a bug. Especially as the letters y and z are not where they are supposed to be (qwerty versus qwertz layout).
