F43: dnf - broken virt-v2v dependency today

Today I’m unable to upgrade my F43 due broken virt-v2v dependency:

$ cat /etc/fedora-release

Is it knownw issue? Possibly broken compose?

Often this type of problem is caused by a mirror not being fully synced.
If you try after a few hours or tomorrow it may be fixed.
