On Budgie/X11 the mouse works but the point is missing after returning from sleep. What is the best way of getting the mouse cursor visible again?
Have a look about the power management of usb devices. Let the mouse awake and see if this would help.
For that you would have to search, i do not have the topics on the tip of my fingers about that.
Have you tested if you get the same while using Wayland? Budgie is Wayland ready right?
No the mouse is recognized and working. It is the mouse pointer that is no longer visible.
