I have the same thing happening, starting in the past few days. If I check logs under dmesg, there are many instances of this:

This is using a generic Bluetooth 5.3 USB dongle.
Edit: the messages are the same, except the USB device number increments each time.
Two reports about this bug are already on Red Hat Bugzilla.
It seems to be specific to Fedora with KDE (KDE 6.5.4). I don’t see it on openSUSE Tumbleweed (KDE 6.5.4).
