F42 s390x network interfaces

Where can I find details of the changes made to the F42 s390x release? It appears that support for LCS interfaces has been removed, but I cannot find confirmation. It also appears that support for QETH layer3 has been removed, QETH interfaces are always starting as layer2, though this may be a bug rather than a change, but again I cannot find confirmation.

I looked at the Fedora 42 release notes and change logs and couldn’t find anything on the removal of LCS interface support or changes to QETH layer3 on s390x.
