F40 Workstation Groups in Gnome Applications Overview

In the Gnome Applications Overview their is a group named Utilities that contains a number of applications. I like to use groups like this to gather together the applications I have installed. I can do this manually, but I have many applications installed (four pages in the normal view) so it is time consuming. I always use the same groupings with each new version of Fedora Workstation I install. So I would like to create the groups and populate them from a script. I looked through the Schemas a bit, but no luck. I will appreciate it if someone can point me to a Schema I can use gsettings with or another method for grouping my applications.

I checked the dconf editor and it looks like it can be done there, but it would be more time consuming than shuffling the icons around in the Applications Overview.

Thanks in advance for your help with this.
Have a Great Day!
