F36 Workstation can't configure a hidden wifi or WPA2 Enterprise wifi

Problem

In Fedora 36 pre-release, if you try to use GNOME Settings to connect to a hidden wifi network, or WPA2 Enterprise wifi network (often used in companies), the expected configuration dialog will not appear and you’ll not be able to connect.

Cause

GNOME Settings has been ported to GTK4, but those wifi configuration dialogs are still in GTK3, and can’t be displayed. Their port to GTK4 is needed.
