Enabling Fn keys?

I recently switched to Fedora and i absolutely love it for the most part I noticed some keys did not work such as mute volume up and down mic mute and brightness up and down but I was able to enable them with the keybind setting there’s nothing to enable the fn keys like fn+f1 which I need for Minecraft and to enable fullscreen with f11 also is there a way to escape full-screen apps with esc+ctrl? Also I’m on kde plasma with horrible specs as I’m on the ASUS Vivobook with 8gb ram and a i3…
