I was thinking of creating a character as a virtual singer named Reikawa Shinki and it’s going to be in the Japanese software called OpenUTAU and was thinking about importing into linux as a porting (linux port) and I’m thinking about porting to linux, and why not? should have a support for linux, what do you think of this idea? So, how do I do it?
Acquire the source code, analyse it for unimplemented calls to libraries which don’t exist on Linux and implement those libraries.
Everything from sound to rendering to screen to the format of the software assets will be required to be implemented.
Or just run it in Wine.
From a few minutes searching this up:
The application is already available for Linux (and MacOS and Windows).
The voicebanks seem to just contain audio and config files, with no code - so a voicebank should be intrinsically cross-platform.
I’m not sure what would need to be “ported” here?
I saw that Github page too, and assumed it was just an editor and not the full “whatever OpenUTAU is”.
Might be wrong though - I’ve never heard of it.
Maybe it is the full thing - Getting Started · openutau/OpenUtau Wiki · GitHub

So, do you know how to install singers like i do not know how to do that but i know very well in japanese, i however am lost without knowing what to do, because they have implemented in english and english is harder than japanese so i kinda do not know how to do a lot of stuff since now is in english
I don’t know sorry. They do have an FAQ in Japanese. Also it says:
Internationalisation, including UI translation and file system encoding support.
Unlike UTAU, there is no need to change your system locale to use OpenUtau.
So if you’re lucky, Japanese and/or Portuguese will be available as UI languages.
I could do a english translation hack of the Japanese Singer from OpenUtau named Kasane Teto but it will take a while to process and that could be very slow to do
