I’ve struggled getting Wayland to work for the better part of a year.
It finally occurred to me to remove one of my two GeForce 10 cards.
And then Wayland worked fine.
However, it won’t work with a second card in the machine, whether or not they’re connected with an SLI.
Is this a known problem? I don’t see it mentioned anywhere.
I have an MSI X399 MB and Ryzen Threadripper, if that helps.

Not an expert on this, but I wonder if the Nvidia driver can’t see any use for two GPUs other than SLI/using both at once, which is included on Nvidia’s list of Wayland issues / feature gaps from earlier this year? Like it can’t just “pick one”?
