I think it is just a problem with that mirror. Try a different mirror.
I don’t know how to try a different mirror, it always redirects me to the same.

If you are just trying to download that one ISO file, then you should be able to find one that is close to you and browse the files to find the ISO you are looking for.
Edit: You’ll need to find a mirror that has the “Fedora Other”. For example: Index of /fedora-linux/alt

If you check the root page, of this specific mirror, Fedora is not listed:
It could be that they changed something ?!

Except CentoOS all the links are not working anymore. It looks like the Fedora tree has been removed.
