Does Fedora have an official Discord server?
No, but there is an unofficial one.
THis forum here, Fedora Discussion and our Matrix are our main offical channels.
According to the docs, the Discord account was ācreated officially within the projectā and is governed by the Fedora CoC?
Iām still going with ānoā. While it may have originated within Fedora, it is now seperate and they dont follow the CoC certainly not in the same way as Discussion and Matrix.
Right - should the docs be corrected then? Presumably we donāt want any ambiguity on a question like this.

@theprogram is right, the Discord is not official. That is regularly highlighted but comes up again quite often. It indeed would be useful to update the Docs to be clearer about this. But it is not clear to me if the Discord account is in the wrong category, or if the summary of the category is misleading. Maybe @jflory7 knows?

Otherwise we might just put a quick note to the commops channel and/or marketing channel or so. Maybe thatās worth an update.
For what itās worth, it may not be official but the team over on the Fedora Discord are very helpful.

Yeah, moving to doqn the list to community channels would be good.
Glad to hear that they are a helpful team though, many people do like Discord.
