When I try to update my python packages, they are always up to date. Does Fedora automatically update them?
Meanwhile, I need to manually all my R packages.
If they are installed through dnf they will upgrade with the rest of the system. If installed through pip you may need to update them manually.

Which is the same as for R packages.
