HIghlights

• We’re generally accepting of the Team Charter proposal, with two edits:
  • Rename “core member” to “board member”
  • Add a “minimum number of votes with a safety valve” to voting, as in FESCo’s ticket policy

Action items

• @bcotton to add a FESCo-style “minimum of three votes, but after a week a single +1 approves” to the voting policy
• @bcotton to make the edits and add the charter to the team docs
