I’ve removed a number of packages through dnfdragora, in several batches, and one of these operation had to be rolled back, but none of them appeared in history. How and why does dnfdragora circumvent dnf history?
Which version of Fedora are you running?
If you’re on 
41 dnf has switched to dnf5 and I’m not sure dnfdragora has been updated.
You may want to check sudo dnf4 history
