Do I need to worry if I upgraded to kernel 6.12.7-200.fc41 - dracut bluetooth?

Dracut is the component which builds the intial ramdisk, i.e. the “mini-system which boots the system”. In particular, it builds those modules into the initial ramdisk which are needed to boot the system - for example, to access the storage device on which the system resides. You would need bluetooth in the initial ramdisk if you need bluetooth devices at some point in the boot process (e.g. entering a luks password for system disk decryption using a bluetooth keyboard).
