Dnf upgrade 42 to 43 - "failed to resolve transation"

I’m trying to upgrade from 42 to 43 with dnf upgrade. I know I can add “--allowerasing" to proceed, but I would like to get a sanity check regarding some of the errors that popped up and what they entail.

The wine-dxvk problems I assume have something to do with Steam or Lutris? Anything else amiss?

Thank you!

I believe this is the same problem.

I’ll try removing wine-dxvk, and reinstalling after upgrade

Edit:

removed wine-dxvk

sudo dnf remove ‘wine-dxvk*’

proceeded with the upgrade as per the CLI guide and reinstalled dxvk afterwards

sudo dnf install ‘wine-dxvk*’

Installed without issue and appears to work fine. Very grateful for the fedora forum, I’ve always managed to find the solution with enough digging around.
