I’m trying to test-out cosmic-epoch and when the install proceeds the transaction test, it punches out errors related to adw-gtk3 in /usr/share/themes which is not present and not installed.

Any ideas where to start to fix this? I’ve already ran dnf clean all and rebooted several times.

There is no such “adw-gtk3-dark” in /usr/share/themes.
That really doesn’t matter if you have a package named adw-gtk3 installed which claims to provide these files. You have to remove adw-gtk3 to fix the issue. As far as I can see, adw-gtk3 is not a Fedora package, so where did it come from?
Thanks for the ideas, folks… I don’t recall ever installing anything titled “adw-gtk3,” thinking it was just from the Fedora default and in double-checking everything, found I had a disabled COPR repo for it. Re-enabling the repo and running a quick dnf remove adw-gtk3 worked.

This is not normally required for removal of a package.
Well, then I’m confused because without enabling it, sudo dnf remove adw-gtk3 told me that it wasn’t installed; after enabling the repo, that command worked.
