fedora 43

kde plasma 6.64
Cannot do updates or intsall anything from the dnf appcenter, flathubs, open external links (KIO client “could not read file magnet…”. It has been like this from fresh os install. So il go manual with console to get what i need.
I sort of updated the system from the command line but it never really updates, can do that indefinitely.
tried all sorts of things and update and “remote-add if not exists” etc commands. But no fix
I could download the new 44 version and maybe it fixes it but im too lazy to set all things up again.
There has to be some problem why it fails. I will certainly do a fresh install but why it seems unfixable now?

It cannot be unfixable but i cannot fix it either because i do not know the right commands which will reinstall all the buggy stuff from the command line. Everything i do from the console is successfull but nothig changes
