Thanks, will have a look.
Edit: Just installed the latest release you linked above, the service seems to be running ok. Now just have to wait for my adapter to arrive to test .. It did have some minor error:
Finished post-install scriptlet: displaylink-0:1.14.10-1.github_evdi.aarch64
Scriptlet output:
/usr/bin/grep: /sys/bus/usb/devices/*/idVendor: No such file or directory

All worked great. At least in separate displays. When I try to mirror, it just does not look great on my curved wide 5K monitor. Seperate displays is perfect.
The only issue I have is, that the Brave browser changes resolution when switching between laptop and external. Also another annoyence, is that when I unplug the monitor and then plug it in again, I have to drag all the apps from the laptop screen to the extern display each time β¦ and I have to tell the task bar to go to the extern display.
EDIT: Also does anyone know how to wake laptop up from sleep when in clamshell mode? Currently I have to open and close the lid, which is a pain.
Followup: Setting KDE to Do Nothing on laptop lid close, works great. In this situation, when I unplug the monitor, all control (including the panel bar) reverts to the laptop display, perfect.
