Display too large for screen; mouse movement moves display

my display is too large for my screen (M1 Macbook Air). So the display moves with the mouse.

I must have accidentally hit some keyboard shortcut. In OSX this is related to accessibility features but I do not see this when I boot into OSX so it is not some setting in OSX that filters through.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to get back to a display size that fits the screen?

Thanks.

Sorry for the noise!

Also, it’s worth pointing out that in system settings on this Asahi/Fedora installation input&output → accessibility menu does not have “zoom & magnifier” entry!

As I remember you are speaking about the Kde desktop on Asahi right?

Yes, that’s right.

Also, I thought I had successfully upgraded from Fedora 41 to 42 but that was not the case. Having finally succeeded, a “zoom & magnifier” item does now appear in the accessibility menu.

What a relief! Thanks.

Don’t be sorry, there is a good chance others will encounter the same issue so it is good to have an explanation they can find.
