Continuing the discussion from Fedora 38 - Kernel 6.3.X - AMDGPU Display Not Working Correctly:
Not sure if it is the same issue, but what I experience is different.
My mini-computer is using AMD 5600G cpu - with 3 video outputs. I use 2 of them - Displayport and HDMI in a dual monitor setup.
The HDMI is working normal. Only the DisplayPort is problematic.
The problem is there even if HDMI cable is unplugged.
But once I logon to Gnome, the flashing stopped.
You wanted to say that the HDMI is working normally ?
Thank you for the reminder. I meant that DisplayPort monitor is flashing in dual and single monitor setup.
At the end of the day, it is the monitor hardware problem.
Both HDMI / DisplayPort input of the Monitor is having issue. (HDMI works initially, but also flashing after a few days.) Now, only VGA works with that monitor.
As a comparison, another monitor works with DP/HDMI/VGA from the same cable/computer.
