MacOS Sonoma does not allow disabling autoboot when opening the lid of my MacBook Pro M1.
Can FedoraAsahiRemix enable that choice?
As user of both macOS and AsahiFedora Remix it would improve my startup workflow.
After opening the lid I could boot the default OS with a short press of the Power Button and get a choice for the alternative OS with a long press.
Some airlines apparently require notebook lids to be opened as proof for the machine to be turned off. I’m quite sure some folks would install Fedora/Asahi just to enable that feature.
No worries if it can’t be done. …I’ll blame it entirely on Apple
