Strange thing happens with my setup.
When logging in after rebooting I see the SDDM I chose on Login Screen (SDDM) under Colors & Themes but when I wake up my machine, I have a totally different SDDM image "Blue with balloon "
That happened with Fedora 40 and still goes after upgrade to 41.
When you wake your machine up, you’re seeing the lock screen portion of SDDM. If you go to System Settings > Security & Privacy > Screen Locking, there will be an option to change the lock screen appearance, including the wallpaper shown.
