Desktop Wallpaper won't stay changed after reboot

UPDATE: I can change it and keep the changes if I go into system settings and change it in there, the right click menu on the desktop to change the wallpaper seems to be the issue.

I am currently running Fedora 44 KDE and when I change the wallpaper it only stays till I reboot, then it reverts to the most recent KDE wallpaper. I am pretty much running a pretty stock system and have no Idea why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

After more time I figured out that I had a couple of config files that were improperly configured so it was causing the issue (This was no fault of Fedora but of my own) so all is well again.
