Desktop Moving With Mouse

I don’t know why this started all of a sudden but when I move the mouse the whole desktop moves with it. How can I fix this? I’m using Fedora KDE.

I found the issue but don’t what started it. I disabled zoom in the mouse settings.

I ran into the same issue a while ago: You can zoom in and out by holding Ctrl+Meta and then scrolling, which I must have done accidentally. Because I hadn’t used that feature before, I didn’t know the shortcut and it took me a while to figure out how to get back to 100%.

Hitting Meta+0 restores you to 100%, and you can also disable zoom in the system settings:
