Custom size 'Adjust for TV' for OLED TV's?

LG OLED TV’s have a function built in to avoid OLED pixel burn-in which moves the video position on the screen.
Unfortunately this causes the video content edges to temporarily be cut off on each side of the screen when the content is moved in the direction of the respective screen edge.

A workaround I currently use for this is to enable ‘Adjust for TV’ as it puts a black border around the content and enables it to be moved around the display with no important content being cut off.

Although unfortunately this leaves excessive black borders and it may be more suitable to reduce the size of the black borders to a level that it can safely avoid the content being cut off by the LG OLED pixel care solution whilst still having the OLED pixel care feature enabled and fully utilising the available physical screen real estate.

I’ve seen some conversations regarding tweaking the size of the black borders online, but these seem to present out of date solutions that don’t work on newer versions of Fedora/Gnome/Wayland.
