I’m looking to make an EPEL10 branch for ranger (2446539 – Please branch and build ranger in epel10/epel10.1) but fedpkg request-branch mentions it needs a token with the “Create a new ticket” ACL which is not offered in the web interface anymore. Is this a broken bridge in the forge migration? Or is there some other mechanism still available?
You may need to ask on the fedora devel mailing list if you do not get an answer here.
It’s the same process as it mentions currently.
fedora-scm-requests (The repo that the ticket is created in for
processing) is one of the last big things to move off pagure.io, and it
hasn’t yet since there’s a lot of moving parts to changing it.
So, just follow the process it mentions to get the api token for
pagure.io for now. When the process changes there will definitely be an
announcement to devel-announce mailing list and also here. ![]()

Ah! For some reason I kept reading it as “pagure” and was trying src.fedoraproject.org, not pagure.io itself. Thanks!
