How can i create a symlink to a folder or file in Nautilus?
You might have to turn it on in:
Preferences → Optional Context Menu Actions → Create Link
Then you should be able to right click on something and create link.

You can also Ctrl+C a file (as if you were doing a copy) and then Ctrl+M anywhere else (i.e. at the destination folder) where you want the link to be created (that action is called “Paste as Link” in the right-click menu).
