I think it would be a good idea to put a link to a convert TZ services like worldtimebuddy or timeanddate.

@bcotton Obviously this is a late reply, but if you want to slate the docs tickets for a meeting before I off-board from the Council in April, we could discuss it then. The one caveat is I don’t know (yet) if I will be able to drive this work once my Council term ends.
