Are we tabling this to vote, to discuss, or is there some other objective? I was thinking a video call meeting might be better for this one. I think we need a high-bandwidth discussion over a text discussion.
Its in the ‘discuss’ column of the board so I have taken it to mean we need to talk about it in the meeting. Whether that ends up being a status update, or a chance for Jef to answer any questions people have, or even for us agreeing to schedule a separate meeting about it are all ok outcomes to have from tomorrows session. Provided we also include an action to someone for follow up/execution.
Im not aware of anything that requires a formal vote tomorrow, but we do need to agree to interview questions as priority. We can then decide how best to tackle the remaining agenda items.
That works for me. I anticipate that we will need a high-bandwidth discussion for the Sandbox/Innovation Lifecycle to move forward, but we can figure out what the right action is and who should own it in the meeting.
This sounds like a great primary objective.
