Copr that depends on another copr

I have a copr repo for qb64 that despite being open source, is kind of a mess to compile and would very likely not meet Fedora’s packaging standards. I also have a number of things I’ve written in QBasic that run on Fedora and do not require qb64 to be installed to run but do require it for compilation. Is there a way to invite copr repos in the rpm spec to satisfy build dependencies that will work for building further rpms with copr?

The alternative seems to be to redundantly include qb64 in the source and compile qb64 and then compile the program with it, which is a lot of extra and otherwise unnecessary overhead for each of the projects.
