Is there a color grabber for Fedora budgie?
Quick search throws up Install colorgrab on Linux | Snap Store which is packaged as “colorgrab”.
However, there’s also gpick, kcolorchooser, eyedropper, colorsmith, pick, etc.
But that is for Canonial and not for Fedora (?)
It’s a snap, it’ll run anywhere that supports snaps. It’s also in the Fedora software repos, as are the others I listed. That’s why I stated what it was packaged as, so that you could find it.

Unfortunately it is not useable on a hires display. the ui is unreadable
